Shipping Policy – Ascent Activewear

We’re so excited for you to receive your Ascent Activewear order! Below you’ll find details about how and when we ship.

 

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
  • During launch drops and holidays, processing may take a little longer due to high order volume.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship exclusively with USPS.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

3. Shipping Rates

  • We offer a simple $5 flat rate for standard shipping on all U.S. orders. 
  • Orders over $75 ship free.
  • Flat rate and free shipping apply to standard shipping (3-7 business days).

 

4. International Shipping

At this time, Ascent Activewear ships only within the United States. (We hope to expand in the future!)

 

5. Delays

Please note that once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect arrival times.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@ascentactivewear.com within 7 days of delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.
