Refund Policy – Ascent Activewear

We want you to love your Ascent Activewear purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at team@ascentactivewear.com with your order number.

 

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange within the 30-day return window if inventory allows. If the requested item is sold out, you may choose a refund instead.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Purchases made with gift cards will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at team@ascentactivewear.com, and we will make it right.

As a small, woman-owned business, every piece we release is part of a limited drop. We deeply value your understanding and support as we grow.
